Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of tobacco products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
• Refunds will be processed once the issue is verified and authorisation is given to return the items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or unauthorised returns.
