Welcome to Cigar Treasury, Australia’s destination for premium cigars and curated tobacco experiences. By placing an order through our online store, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

 

🔞 Age Restriction

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase tobacco products from Cigar Treasury.
  • We use secure age verification tools at checkout to comply with Australian law.
  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal age and legally permitted to buy tobacco products in your jurisdiction.

 

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship exclusively within Australia. International orders are not accepted.
  • Tobacco products cannot be delivered to Parcel Lockers.
  • All deliveries require signature on delivery and may require ID verification.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location.

 

📦 Packaging & Compliance

  • All products are packaged in accordance with Australian tobacco regulations, including mandatory health warnings.
  • We use resealable moisture-control bags to preserve product integrity during transit.

 

🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of tobacco products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
  • Refunds will be processed once the issue is verified. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or taste preference.

 

💳 Payment & Security

  • We partner with secure, tobacco-compliant payment gateways to process all transactions.
  • Your payment information is encrypted and handled securely. Cigar Treasury does not store credit card details.

 

📜 Legal Compliance

  • All sales are subject to Australian Consumer Law and relevant state tobacco legislation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not comply with our age verification or shipping policies.
